CONVENTIONAL STATOR SIZES

Our standard conventional line will accomodate conventional stators ranging in size from 3" to 13" in any length up to 360". In addition, we can remove elastomers from evenwall stators with the same size ranges.

ANY ELASTOMER COMPOUND

Our equipment works consistently regardless of what type of elastomer compounds are used to line the downhole power section stator.Regardless of what bonding agent used to bond the power section stator liner, our unique equipment is able to gently release the bond and allow for elastomer easy quick liner removal.

100% RUBBER REMOVAL

Unlike water jet, liquid nitrogen and burn-off, we remove the rubber in an intact state resulting in a clean stator tube with no bits and pieces of rubber left adhering to the inside of the stator. As a courtesy to our customers, we lightly blast the inside and outside of the stator, insuring your clean pipe ready for elastomer lining. With Reclaim Solutions there is no need to run your stators through burnoff ovens to remove residue or spend time trying to blast off elastomer pieces.

REAL-TIME ORDER TRACKING

We provide our clients with real-time order tracking. This allows you to see what has been processed historically, what has been received and when the current order has completed. This is especially valuable if you are shipping to us from the field or multiple locations. Save on shipping costs by shipping your stators directly to us from any location. We only ask that they be inspected and in "reline" condition before they come to us (to ensure you do not pay for liner removal on stators that can't be relined). Our tracking and reporting system will keep your order straight and keep you updated on what has come in and when has been done and is ready for pickup.

GENTLE SAFE PROCESS

Power Section Stators are under incredible pressure and the handling environment can be hard on the tubes as well. Rest assured our process will have no impact on stator metallurgy. Unlike liquid nitrogen, our process is gentle and does not ever pose a risk to fracturing the metal. Unlike burn-off ovens, there is no high-temperature heat risk that can affect metallurgy.
