Home -> Stators

The stator is an integral part of the power section of a down-hole motor. This power section is a positive displacement motor (also known as a progressing cavity pump) and is designed with a stator (metal pipe lined with spiraled elastomer) and rotor. These motors are used in down-hole drilling. The stator is a wear item and must be removed from the power section and replaced after a defined number of hours of use. Once removed, the stator must have the elastomer liner removed in order to be relined and replaced in the power section.
With companies experiencing backlogs on rubber removal due to inefficient technologies and a lack of companies focused solely on this area of work, there is a great need to provide companies with consistent rubber removal to ensure they are able to quickly fulfill their after-market reline orders. Reclaim Solutions is here to fill this need. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to stator and stripper rubber removal. This allows us to process large volumes of stators consistently. Because we do not do relines, manufacture power sections or do tool rental, we are able to provide our customers with competitive protection on proprietary elastomers and designs while delivering exceptional service and dependable turn-around at competitive prices. For companies who have traditionally done their elastomer removal in-house, they know the value of focusing on their core business of manufacturing and after-market services and realize great cost and time savings by outsourcing the rubber removal with Reclaim Solutions.
We encourage you to give us a call today to learn more about our services and how we can take the headache and unpredictability out of your after-market power section stator reline program.
