STATOR ELASTOMER REMOVAL

Stator Liner RemovalRemoving elastomer from mud motor stators has been been an ongoing headache for oilfield pump manufacturers. Tradition technologies used for removing stator liners are costly, messy, and slow. Offering quick turn-around on aftermarket services enables our customers to get that downhole drilling motor back in production quickly rather than costing you time and money sitting in a queue waiting for the rubber to be removed.

Our gentle elastomer removal process allows us to quickly break the bond and pull the rubber out in its whole state. We provide whole rubber liners on a limited request basis and many of our customers benefit from seeing the complete condition of a rubber liner that has been in field use.

No matter what type of elastomer compound is used in the lining of the stator, our process times are unaffected and the stator liner is removed completly, leaving behind no bits and pieces to be burned off. We clean the OD and ID of the stator before it is returned to our customers, ensuring the outside of the stator has paint and materials removed and the insid eof the stator is free from bonding agent traces. This cleaning elliminates the need for extensive prep work prior to reline, saving our customers time, media and other cleaning costs, and ultimatly money.
